Yarn Along – Snow Days
Very happy to be joining Ginny once more for Yarn Along.
Oddly enough, we haven’t had many snowy days here, but I had ordered these books for Ella from the library back when I assumed that we would . . . they are both beautiful, sweet stories. Snow Dog’s Journey is particularly magical, and Willow and the Snow Day Dance has a very kind sweet message. I just got in some beautiful wood buttons from this shop to finish up Gabriel’s pebble vest. I looked down yesterday and saw his toes pushing out the ends of his booties . . . so now I’ve set aside a sweater for Ben and cast on some more of my favorite booties, but bigger. I’m going to have to knit fast to keep up – we might not have much snow but it’s definitely still woolies weather!
Speaking of which, I’m hoping this shawl pattern is the one I’ve been looking for . . .

What a sweet bootie pattern. I know what you mean about snow – we’ve literally just had a few days’ worth of flurries for the entire season. I suppose that’s better than have heaps and heaps of snow and difficulty doing anything, but still…
Those books look lovely, and so does that shawl pattern, I have that one in my Ravelry favorites also…
She is looking SO like you! What sweet cuties you are blessed with!
Thanks Nicola! best wishes to you and yours.
Blessings,
Adrie
