		<description>i felt just the same this week! growing tired of those lovely root veggies that keep us going all winter...then almost immediately feeling grateful for having them...

although i just couldn&#039;t bring myself to make the potato and kale soup that was on the list for the week. i cannot make soup on 50 degree sunny days! (we had pancakes instead with frozen blackberries and delicious syrup in honor of those hard working maple beauties!)

spring is surely on her way...
before we know it we will be up to our ears in zucchini!
