Two Years in Amherst

Two years ago this week, we packed up the construction tools and opened our wee bakery in Amherst. Ella was just three months old, and many of you may remember her as just a wisp of hair poking out from the Ergo, where she spent most of her day. It’s been such a pleasure to become part of this neighborhood. Our customers are so wonderful, and we truly look forward to serving you for many years to come!

Wow! I can’t believe that it’s been two years already! I remember looking in the windows while you were building, and seeing Adrie with Ella strapped to her, paining the counters. I remember thinking, “wow – they’re crazy!”

This shot of you guys is so timeless.
And it’s cool seeing the bakery like that!… Busting out of the ground and all…
I remember being so drawn to this place since I even knew it existed.
